We are now a corporate member of the Woodland Trust
Confidas People are thrilled to become a Corporate Member of the Woodland Trust.
The Woodland Trust is the UK’s biggest woodland conservation charity and are caretakers of more than 1,000 free to visit woods across the country.
They have planted more than 50 million trees since 1972, saved more than 1,000 forests in a decade and restored 34,000 hectares of ancient woodland.
Fighting back against climate change
Confidas People are passionate about the environment and our collective responsibility to fight back against climate change.
Additionally, our woodlands are not only essential to restoring a cooler and cleaner environment but are a vital home to wildlife, bursting with biodiversity, and a place for people to relax, exercise and ultimately enjoy.
As a Corporate Member, Confidas People will help the Woodland Trust plant, protect and restore UK woods and trees, while bringing their benefit to us all.
Bruce Douglas, Confidas People director, said:
“We are proud to become a Corporate Member of the Woodland Trust as we all work together to help plant, protect and restore woods and trees.
“We see it as part of our social corporate responsibility while we all enjoy the benefits of woodlands, whether through the crucial role they play in our environment or our own personal wellbeing.
“At Confidas People, we are already as ‘tech-enabled’ as possible to offer our clients across Europe an efficient service but also for the environmental benefits of reducing our carbon footprint, unnecessary travel and use of paper materials.
“Our passion and responsibility for the environment, which woodlands are an important part, are at the root of our support for the Woodland Trust, and we look forward to growing the relationship.”
